I originally bought the Pulse Elite headset from PlayStation Direct but my headset seemed to disconnect every two hours and then every 10 mins after that, so I ended up returning them. I bought them again at Target to give them another try, same issue just not as bad, they ended up updating and it helped the issue a bit. Now after some time has passed these headphones are giving me another issue. They are cracked right at the ear cup and it's happening to the other side as well. If anyone out there is considering the Pulse Elite headset, I would say hold off because there will be more people that are complaining about their headphones cracking.
