Probably something wrong with your screensettings in the PS5 or your HDMI cable. Try to use another screen if you have and set the settings on the lowest possible. See id you can change it afterwards if that works on this screen.

I have this happen to me once every couple of weeks. I have to turn off the TV and then unplug it for 15 seconds or so and plug it back in. Once I turn it on again everything is fine.

Feels like an issue with the TV more than it is with the PS5.

I’d unplug my hdmi and put it into a new port. For science!
