More requirements to make a new account? People would hate that
Gamerscore requirement to make a LFG post? How much would it be? Some people only play say Destiny 2 and do not even break 2k gamerscore, or even 1k.
Captcha test each time to make a LFG? Would annoy the crap out of people.

Sadly this kind of bots can do almost everything ( mass reports, spamming dms ,lfg posts etc.) and they are accessible to almost everyone ,I hope xbox can do anything. And if they add more requirements the toolmakers are going to bypass that extra security anyway
