Has anyone faced this before? All of a sudden your card don’t work. And they know my purchase records for almost 12 years. There’s no notification through my app, email or SMS and they just decided to “restrict” my card. Found out the hard way after trying to purchase a game after multiple attempts. WITH sufficient funds.
Please help if anyone could 😔

Says right in the message they don’t retain your payment info. Make a paypal and link it to the card, problem solved
I guess this means you can’t purchase wallet funds with your card? Maybe try another card, otherwise you will need to use other payment methods. There are several payment methods: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. I’m guess your Visa is restricted so you will need to try the other ones. Another method would be to purchase physical steam gift cards and redeem the wallet codes on them. Maybe there’s a retail nearby that offers Steam gift cards?
