I know that in the past russia was central region for Steam and I used to see RU/CIS there. But wtf does this mean? (I am from Ukraine and this aound very f**ked up to me)
Thats up to the publishers what Its says. They probably didnt use CIS because its include various non-CIS country too (quite interesting combination tbh)
