Brazil’s giftcard problem

I am a Egyptian citizen, so in my country a dollar is 48 egyptian pounds and in the black market is worth mid 50s around 56

So my PS Account is a US Account since it is quite easy to buy giftcards for 50 egyptian pounds per dollars till 55 egyptian pounds per dollar

But Brazil's giftcards are worth around 11.20 pounds per dollar. So theortically if i bought a 20 dollar game it will be worth 220 pounds from a Brazil giftcard?

But if I bought it from most of the stores but some countries like Turkey and Lebanon it will be worth a 1000 pounds

So how can i create a Brazilian account?
And if needs it a VPN how to connect a free VPN to my Playstation 5
