Oldest scam in the book. Do not engage with the “valve employee” at all. If the steam friend who messaged you is an actual friend, contact them in some other way and tell them their account has been hacked and stolen. If it’s some rando you don’t really know, who just added you on steam recently, report them for scamming and block them.
