i pre-order that collection edition fews month ago, and it show “purchased” when i search for it like pic 1, but when i click on it for detail, it still show me that i need to pay 60 bucks, tried add to cart and still need to pay 60 bucks, also i don’t receive any collection bonus item yet (game already released)

Select those three dots to the right of the price, and it will show different versions of the game. One of them should be the one you’ve pre-ordered.
But also if you’ve pre-ordered and the payment went through (check your bank) then it should just show up in your console’s library anyway without having to go through the store.
