Turned on my ps5 and it only showed me a black screen. I couldn't do anything besides removing the power cable so thats what i did and after that i tried turning on the ps5 again and the quality picture dropped like crazy.
For more context recently I've lost power multiple time in my bedroom due to power outages and I think it might've affected the ps5 somehow im not sure. Yesterday it worked just fine
the pictures you're seeing right now are modified with filters to mimic how the quality is right now vs how it was before

Interesting. Usually picture quality is down too HDMI and not power. I’d try removing the HDMI cable then putting it back in, see if that works. If not then a new cable entirely. The PS5 is known to have HDMI problems so you may need the port changing if them 2 options fail
It’s probably with the hdr it makes the colors pop
