I somehow broke my ps5 headset

So when I was playing I randomly felt the rubber part pop and I check to see this part out of place. I take a closer look and realize a small piece of plastic was holding onto the screw and the plastic broke. Because there’s a spring inside I can’t pull it out and see if I can repair it, and while trying ive ripped the rubber, any Tipps? Or should I try using a Garantie warranty since its only been 4 months since I’ve had them. I’m absolutely enraged a 150$ headset uses small plastic piece to keep entire springs set and only lasted for 4 months.
