So I know for a fact that I’ve had the one on the left since before 2019 (only photo I can find with the blue controller) back in 2021 I got a rescue puppy and he mauled it. Surprisingly the controller worked just fine up until a few weeks ago when the square button stopped working. So today I picked up a new midnight blue controller and the difference is amazing, my old one is now like a shiny blue while the new one is the original matte colour.
I still most likely will keep the old one, see if I can fix it or at least it can be for when I’m watching tv or something that doesn’t need the square button to be used.
