PS5 screen is pixelated and sometimes too bright

When my PS5 is on the screen becomes pixelated on certain spots on the screen. I have changed the hdmi cords and am using hdmi 2.1 I have also used different monitors and the problem is still there. Also when I play warzone certain parts of the maps are super bright and I cant see at all. Anyone have a fix?
