Just put them on your ignore list. If you like these types of games, set them as “purchased on another platform” so it doesn’t mess up your reccommendations.

Thats not how Steam works. Those games are there because they are the 3 most wishlisted games on Steam currently. Thats how Wishlisting works and why it is SO strongly recommended to wishlist small indy games so that they get exposure.
