LOUD VOLUME WARNING: What is causing my series X to make this noise on startup? It’s not the fan because it only happens when the volume on my monitor is turned up

I just moved multiple states away and admittedly my Xbox wasn't really padded for the long drive. There are no issues with audio any other time, games work perfectly, it's just on startup. It has done this for a week
