I thought my re4 disc has been in my ps5 for the last few days but it hasn’t. And the game is still running?

I triple checked my ps store and I do not own a digital copy, neither do any of the other accounts on my ps5. I legitimately don't understand how this happened lol. I've been under the impression that the disc was in this whole time and it hasn't been.
