Yea bloodborne had a similar thing, after beating a boss you are covered in blood which made it more immersive. In the stellar blade demo her blood was running down her eyes as if it was a ruined mascara, I thought it was really cool. Shame they didn’t keep that

Well, you can blame Japan for that if you guys really need to point fingers. They’re rather draconian about violence in games over there.
