If I plug in a fan into the usb port, and point it back at the Xbox, would I cool it down and increase the airflow around it (leading to better performance)? OR would the heat generated by the extra work of powering such fan cancel out the benefits of the fans cooling? I don’t think the laws of thermodynamics can be broken here, but the only thing I can think of is the heat distribution aspect (ie where the fan is pointed, where the usb ports are, etc). What does you think?
